Using Solar and Wind Energy, will:

- create lots of productive new businesses for Californians,
- create lots of good, well-paying jobs for Californians
- eliminate California’s budget deficit
and replace it with a solid surplus,
- stop the outflow of $10+ billion
from California every year for imported energy,
- boost California’s economy
by tens of billions of dollars per year,
- make resources available
for California to tackle issues like affordable housing,
affordable quality medical care,
restoring educational funding,
targeted tax relief, and much more,
- sharply cut electric bills,
even eliminate them completely in some cases,

- provide greater California Homeland security
with the 21st-century
California Energy Internet (CEInet), designed like no other power grid,
and inherently not subject to the cascading that in 2003
led to the largest blackout in U.S. history,
- make California’s air cleaner,
helping Californians who have asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema
to breathe easier and live better,
to miss work less often and be more productive on the job,
- enable California to solve its water crisis
by providing energy to convert seawater into high-quality drinking water, and
- enable California to solve its impending fuel crisis
by providing energy to extract hydrogen from seawater
for use as an alternative fuel.
