This is the genesis of a detailed plan for how California will achieve Energy Independence Using Wind and Solar Energy by 2020. The centerpiece of the plan is the evolution — by 2020 — of California’s woefully inadequate energy grid into the robust 21st-century Energy Grid that California needs for sustainable prosperity — CEInet — and CEA’s role in making it happen. |
CEInet will evolve step-by-step, as one by one, new transmission links are added, existing links upgraded, and CEA-Certified CleanGreenEnergy Sources brought online. CEA will agressively manage the entire process. It will do for CEInet what NASA does for America's Space Program. California will again set the pace for the rest of the world, and conventional energy grids worldwide will go the way of the dinosaurs. |
